We are huge fans of the Step Up around here, and we can’t wait for the newest installment “Step Up: High Water.” The best part? NBC’s World of Dance mentor Jenna Dewan Tatum is involved (that’s when you know it’s legit). She’s executive producer alongside her husband, Channing Tatum. Check out the trailer below.
The series is placed in Atlanta and follows a number of dancers as they give it there all, and they have a stellar cast, including celebrity judge Ne-Yo. “‘Step Up: High Water’ focuses on a group of ambitious young dancers at Atlanta’s famed High Water Performing Arts School, led by Sage Odom (Ne-Yo). In the series, [Naya] Rivera plays Collette, a former dancer turned administrator whose passion for her students is only matched by her history with Sage — and secrets of her own,” according to Variety.
The YouTube Red Original Series is scheduled to air later this year. This is the first official trailer, we can’t wait to see more.
