A music video just dropped for “Glory Days,” the jam from producer Sweater Beats and singer Hayley Kiyoko, and it puts Asian artists upfront. You may recognize Dumbfounded, Ellen Kim, Lydia Paek, Ryan Feng, Starro, the Far East Movement, and, most radically, NBC’s World of Dance competitors Kinjaz. Sweater Beats (aka Antonio Cuna) had it down, according to Teen Vogue.
“There aren’t a lot of videos like this, with an all-Asian cast, outside the K-pop and J-pop world. As an Asian artist, I feel like I have a responsibility to represent the community however I can.”
