If you already miss seeing Ne-Yo be dope, following the end of the first season of NBC’s World of Dance, fret not! At the 2017 Teen Choice Awards, the singer-dancer-actor brought the goods, along with Naya Rivera and the rest of the stars of the upcoming YouTube drama series Step Up: High Water.
In the upcoming show, based off the successful film franchise, Ne-Yo plays Sage Odom, founder of the High Water Performing Arts School in Atlanta, Georgia. Rivera is Collette, a former dancer who’s become High Water’s administrator. Among the students will be Janelle (Lauryn McClain) and Tal (Petrice Jones), twins who live with their Uncle Al (Faizon Love).
The series won’t drop until later this year, so get hyped early with the legit performance below!
