Legend Da Beatslaya may have started out as a dancer, but now he has evolved into one of today’s top producers in the dance scene, creating innovating and electrifying beats. With one goal in mind—to make your body involuntarily start moving—Legend Da Beatslaya kills it onstage and in the studio. We caught up with the producer/dancer phenom to find out what he listens to in his downtime, and here’s what he told us.

“This song is amazing to me because it’s an orchestral fusion of Trap x Hip Hop. It’s very unique, unpredictable, modern and unconventional with an awesome message. It is a self-acknowledgment and self-celebration song where the artists are standing up for themselves, staring in the mirror and affirming that regardless of what society feels or says, “I’m the definition of dope. That’s powerful to me and it makes me wanna just turn up.”
