Access Hollywood caught up with World of Dance‘s three star judges Jennifer Lopez, Derek, Hough, and NE-YO, as well as host-mentor Jenna Dewan Tatum. A pressing question in the Access Hollywood interview was which judge tends to be the harshest on the dance show’s contestants. Dewan Tatum had her answer ready: NE-YO. But she explained it him like a friend, so there were no hard feelings.
“You know what it is? You’re tough love and your standards are really high because you’re going, “This is for a million dollars!'”
NE-YO agreed and had his follow-up ready.
“I’m not a dream crusher, as someone has said…”
This seemed to be a reference to a comment Lopez had previously made about wanting to avoid crushing contestants’ dreams. It was all in good fun, and it seems like World of Dance‘s judges are ready to for the premiere.
