This annual event features the winners of World of Dance competitions around the world—the best of the best—facing off to win the title, plus performances by industry starts, vendors, DJs, artists, and a lot more. WOD: Other than winning first place, what was your favorite part of competing at the World of Dance qualifier?

TK: We loved all of it. It’s our first time in it. The best or favorite part was the unity and also being able to perform and learn as a dancer or team.

WOD: What do you think made your performance stand out enough to win?

TK: Our unity and high energy. Our concept theme.

WOD: What’s your crew’s dance philosophy?

TK: Teamwork makes the dream work. Big dancers aren’t great for their technique; they’re great for their passion.

WOD: What are you most excited about for the WOD Finals in Pasadena?

TK: Representing our island, our company, and being united with all the dancers around the world. It’s something that motivates us to keep growing.

WOD: Anything else before we go?

Check out our dance school Real Empire Studio and all our talented dancers in it. The movement is created by every dance video, program, and dance community on our island, Puerto Rico.
