One of the most epic dance films of all time is coming back—well, a version of it anyway. Dirty Dancing is finding new life as a TV movie on ABC. The remake of the 1987 classic stars Abigail Breslin as Frances “Baby” Houseman, a young woman on vacation with her family, and Colt Prattes as Johnny Castle, the dance instructor she/everyone falls in love with.
Them dancing shoes were filled by Jennifer Grey and Patrick Swayze in the original, but it’s time for a new generation of inspired dancers to take the lead. So get ready for “(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life” by Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes to take over your life again.
