Weddings and proposals are the latest source of viral videos. We’ve seen some hilarious Beyonce-themed dances (both from the bride and a groom). We’ve seen the elaborate proposals and dance numbers featuring the entire bridal party. (Ever see Lin Manuel-Miranda’s epic wedding performance from Fiddler on the Roof?) But it’s nice to see a viral wedding video for a different style of dance, thanks to one Bollywood bride.
The bride is New York-based Payal Kadakia Pujji, who gifts her husband with a gorgeous performance of two classic Bollywood numbers. Her enthusiasm and joy shine through every move, so it’s no wonder the 17-minute video has garnered more than 1.5 million views.
For those wondering what tracks she’s dancing to, apparently she went old school (like any good millennial), all the way back to the ’90s, dancing to Dil Deewana and Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi.
